The Job

The Product MarketingManager is responsible for developing and executingthemarketingstrategy for LGM productsin support of corporate goals.The Product Marketing Manager will: 

 

  • Work with the strategic insights team to conduct market research, identifying customer needs and preferences.


 

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.


 

  • Create go-to-market plans, including launch strategies and promotional campaigns.


 

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to create sales enablement materials.


 

  • Measure and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.


Key Responsibilities

Market Analysis & Strategy

 

  • Review market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape.


 

  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies aligned with business goals.


Messaging & Positioning

 

  • Craft compelling product messages that resonate with target audiences.


 

  • Ensure consistent product messaging across all marketing channels.


Go-to-Market Execution

 

  • Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns.


 

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.


Sales Enablement

 

  • Develop materials and tools to support the sales team.


 

  • Develop communications to help sales representatives convey product messaging and value proposition to dealers.


Performance Measurement

 

  • Establish marketing goals, KPIs, and trackingbased on past performance and market forecasts


 

  • Report on project progress and KPIs, keeping executives and other key stakeholders informed


 

  • Own the tracking, attribution, and measurement of performance metrics (ROAS, incrementality, lift, etc.) using a combination of in-house and third-party data


 

  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.


Required Skills

 

  • Proven experience in product marketing within a B2B and B2C environment.


 

  • Strong understanding of product management and marketing dynamics.


 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.


 

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.


 

  • Outstanding problem solving, analytical skills and ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives


 

  • Strong collaboration, partnering and consultative skills


 

  • Proven ability to work with & influence cross-functional departments


 

  • Ability to think strategically, implement and manage multiple projects


 

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills


Education

 

  • Post-secondary degree in marketing or business administration, or related discipline.


Experience

 

  • 8-10 years marketing experience


 

  • Experience in insurance or the automotive industry an asset

  • The compensation range for this position is $80,000 - 100,000 + bonus.
