Mechanical Shop Foreman

Our customer in the tire and auto mechanics industry is looking for a passionate and experienced Shop Foreman to supervise their team and keep their operations running smoothly.

As Mechanic Shop Foreman, here are your main responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate shop activities;
- Manage and supervise the team of technicians, ensuring their training and development;
- Plan and organize interventions in line with deadlines and service quality;
- Manage parts and equipment inventories;
- Analyze workshop performance and suggest improvements;
- Maintain a safe working environment that complies with safety standards.

Profile:

- Significant experience in workshop management (minimum 3 years);
- Excellent management and leadership skills;
- Organizational and planning skills;
- Leadership and teamwork skills;
- Analytical and customer service skills.
