Under the supervision of the Sales Directors, the position holder will be responsible for the delivery of new and used vehicles.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Verify vehicle preparation (clean and in good condition, including requested accessories and equipment)
• Greet customers
• Present the vehicle and services
• Manage documentation and compliance
• Handle the delivery process and document signatures
• Follow-up on F&I products
• Print documents
• Register vehicles
• Provide after-sales follow-up
• Manage customer satisfaction surveys
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Possession of a valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Bilingual in French and English is essential
• Teamwork skills
• Versatility and resourcefulness
• Strong observation skills
• Knowledge of Activix, Dealertrack, and One-Eighty systems are significant assets
• Financial Manager training is an asset
