Job description
We are looking for a Service Manager for one of our branches on the North Shore of Montreal!

Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with the information they need to rent or purchase the right equipment for their project;
- Develop contracts for commercial contractors and developers with ongoing equipment rental or purchase needs;
- Train sales staff using best practices in upselling, customer satisfaction and brand promotion;
- Manage our work order system, including invoice registration, and generate service invoices;
- Advise customers on equipment operation, care and maintenance;
- Inspect rental equipment on return and return deposits in consideration of any damage observed;
- Increase sales through effective approaches to hiring, training and management.
Requirements
- Management experience;
- Experience in the automotive industry;
- Bilingualism in French and English at intermediate-advanced level, both oral and written, in order to communicate with our English- and French-speaking clientele;
- Good communication skills;
- Ease of adaptation and autonomy in tasks.
