Financial & Insurance Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Automotive Financial & Insurance Manager to join our team at Nord Sud Honda, a leading automotive dealership.

The incumbent will be responsible for the overall financial management of the sales and financing department, while ensuring that the company's financial objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee financing and insurance (F&I) processes for customers, including auto loans and insurance services;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local, provincial and federal regulations;
- Negotiate with financial institutions to obtain the best rates and conditions for customers;
- Train and supervise finance department staff;
- Analyze financial results and propose improvement strategies;
- Maintain strong relationships with financial partners and service providers;
- Manage financial reports and budget projections;
- Participate in the development and implementation of sales strategies.

Requirements:

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- In-depth knowledge of automotive financial products and processes;
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve ambitious sales targets;
- Proficiency in computer tools and financial software;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
