Job description
We are looking for a body shop Liaison Agent.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Greet customers;
- Answer the phone;
- Open work orders and prepare files / schedule appointments with customers;
- Communicate with customers and various insurance companies;
- Booking replacement vehicles for Enterprise Location customers;
- Perform various related tasks.
Requirements:
- Bilingualism in French and English;
- Knowledge of Serti software, an asset;
- Some facility with computers.
