GM Christin CHEVROLET BUICK GMC is an automotive dealership established 675 years ago in the east end of Montreal and a leader in the pre-owned vehicles market.

Our sales team is looking to recruit a candidate with experience in pre-owned vehicles sales in an automotive dealership.

The Pre-Owned Sales Consultant is responsible for the complete sales and delivery process of pre-owned cars, trucks and SUVs that have been reconditioned in accordance with GM Canada's CHEVROLET BUICK GMC Certified Pre-Owned Marketing Program.

The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in pre-owned vehicle sales, as well as good knowledge of email management and the vehicle email sales process. The jobholder must be familiar with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process and a BDC process.

An onsite training program is offered based on the certification offered to GM Pro Used Vehicle Sales Consultants.

Requirements:

- Dynamic, good analytical skills, empathy and focused on customer satisfaction;
- Bilingual, spoken and written.
