Key responsibilities - as General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for :
- Manage and supervise a sales team consisting of a New Vehicle Sales Manager and a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager, as well as 9 sales representatives;
- Establish and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets;
- Meet customers and ensure their satisfaction throughout the purchasing process;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of operations and deliver a seamless customer experience;
- Analyze sales results and performance to adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements :
- Proven experience managing a sales team in the automotive sector;
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships with all members of the dealership team;
- Ability to solve problems by finding short, medium and long-term solutions.
- Inspirational leadership and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
