Trois Diamants Autos is hiring!
We are looking for a BDC Agent to join our sales team!
Duties:
- Be the first virtual contact for customers for leads, SMS and emails (ACTIVIX CRM tool);
- Enter information into our database (CRM) and follow up adequately on the status of potential customers;
- Explain our services virtually and/or over the phone, and gather the information needed to open a file and book an appointment for our sales consultants;
- Follow-up on customers who have visited our showroom.
- Carry out after-sales follow-up to determine customer satisfaction;
- Look for new sales opportunities through our CRM and other sales systems.
- Support the sales management team for new opportunities;
- Carry out any other tasks related to the BDC department.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position or related field in customer service;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French. High level of English
- Knowledge of customer management tools (Activix a considerable asset);
- Customer service oriented.
