Groupe Lallier, a group of six car dealerships featuring the Honda and Kia lines, is looking for a Customer Service Representative for our service department. The position is located at Lallier Honda Pointe-aux-trembles.
As a customer service representative, you will:
- Follow up with customers to schedule manufacturer-recommended maintenance or to promote specials;
- Answer customer calls, follow up on Internet requests for the service department;
- Schedule and confirm appointments;
- Be able to make a large number of calls per day;
- Follow-up with after-sales customers within 24 hours to ensure customer satisfaction and schedule the first service appointment;
- Build and maintain a business relationship of trust with customers;
- Perform any other related tasks.
