Reporting to the Managerr /Assistant Sales Manager, the Volov neuf Specilaiste will play an essential role in the promotion and sale of motor vehicles to customers. He/she will be responsible for guiding customers through the buying process, answering questions, providing detailed vehicle information and closing successful sales.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Greet customers with commitment and build trusting relationships to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Help customers choose a vehicle by effectively identifying their needs through targeted questioning and attentive listening;
- Explain product performance, operation and benefits to customers, whether in the showroom or by e-mail;
- Present optional equipment available for purchase;
- Offer test drives to potential customers, while respecting identity verification policies;
- Clarify the terms and conditions of long-term leasing versus traditional purchase, according to customer preferences;
- Gather the necessary information and complete the documents required for sales or leases;
- Negotiate prices and obtain Assistant Sales Manager approval for transactions;
- Inform Assistant Sales Manager of exchanges, refunds, or issuance of credit notes;
- Submit all complete transactions to Sales Manager with required documentation;
- Optimize customer communication in preparation for meeting with Sales Manager;
- Establish, obtain approval for and monitor personal annual sales targets;
- Analyze daily, weekly, monthly and annual activities for effective time management;
- Stay abreast of news (products, features, accessories) and their benefits to customers;
- Understand and comply with federal, provincial and municipal laws governing retail vehicle sales;
- Contact customers within 48 hours of sale to ensure satisfaction, resolve any issues and solicit referrals;
- Follow-up with customers who have not made a purchase within 24 hours of their visit;
- Perform other duties as requested by superior and as required by the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingualism;
- Experience in automotive sales.
- Valid driver's licence.
