Job description
Viau Ford, a dealership offering a range of automotive products and services to customers on Montreal's South Shore, is looking for a Sales Consultant to join their dynamic and successful team.
They stock a wide range of new and pre-owned vehicles. Their company is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience and maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the sales process by ensuring excellent customer service and customer loyalty.
Your responsibilities:
- Greet customers in our showroom, understand their needs and advise them on the different vehicle models available;
- Carry out demonstrations and test drives to enable customers to discover the features and benefits of our vehicles;
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sale, and close sales to ensure total customer satisfaction;
- Ensure personalized follow-up after the sale, answering questions and handling customer requests to guarantee customer loyalty;
- Prepare and manage sales documentation, including contracts and financing, in collaboration with our administrative department;
- Keep abreast of automotive market trends and competitor offerings to adjust sales strategies.

Skills and qualities:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales;
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets;
- Good knowledge of Ford vehicles, their technical specifications and available options;
- Strong sense of customer service, ability to build trust and deliver an exceptional customer experience;
- Team spirit, enthusiasm and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
