Job schedule:

- Full-time job, from 8:30 a.m. (so you can take the kids to daycare) to 5:30 p.m. from Monday through Thursday and from 8h30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Fridays (except November and April).


- Good knowledge of mechanics, tires and car accessories (an asset);
- Sufficient knowledge of English to enable research in appropriate software and the Internet.

In the job description - the following elements are essential:

- Greeting customers and obtaining information required to identify and suggest required repairs and/or maintenance work;
- Opening repair orders;
- Carrying out estimates;
- Verifying and suggesting recommended maintenance, tires and additional repairs;
- Explaining the work to be done and the related costs to the customer by knowing how to popularize the vocabulary;
- Promoting the care of a car and the accessories available for the customer's vehicle;
- Managing the work flow and distributing it to Technicians according to their skills;
- Following-up with customers regarding deadlines;
- Scheduling the next appointment with customers before they leave to balance the schedule and ensure better resource management.
